We offer four shipping options for our customers, ranging from FREE delivery to tracked next day delivery.

Royal Mail 24 is our standard delivery service and costs £2.00 for orders under £15, this service is free for orders over £15.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within a 48 hour period. Orders placed after midday on a Friday or over the weekend will be packed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. This does not include Bank Holidays.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can rectify our error. Please ensure any incorrectly received items remain unopened and we will resolve the problem as quick as we can!

YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

Unwanted goods can be returned at your own expense, unused and in their original condition, with the tamper-proof seal unbroken within 14 days for a full refund. Please ensure that you notify of us of any return prior to sending it back.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

While unlikely, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we're here to help! Just let us know what's wrong, and we'll do our best to make things right as soon as possible.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?

Once we have received a returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be processed and for any replacements to be dispatched.

If you selected to receive a refund, we will refund you the cost of the product and delivery within 30 days of our receipt of the item.
