What type of charger do I need for my vape kit?

This will depend on your vape kit. Referring to your manual would be the first place to look if you are unsure. However, you will likely find the answer quickly with a search online. Most vape kits these days use USB-C chargers but if you’re not 100%, you can always reach out to our amazing customer service team.

How long does it take to charge my vape battery?

Most vape batteries take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to charge. However, this will depend on the size of the battery and the power of your charger.

Can I use any USB charger for my vape kit?

Technically no. Although any USB plugs you may own already will likely be ok, it would depend on its power output and your model of vape kit. The manual for your vape device should state the recommended Amps for the plug that you use. Smart/adaptive charge plugs negate this issue as they adjust ther deliver based on the connected device.

Are there any safety precautions I should take when charging my vape?

How do I charge a cartomiser battery?

To charge a cartomizer battery:

  1. Detach the cartomiser: Unscrew the cartomiser from the battery.
