In 2023, we launched EDGE Bar Salts. Inspired by flavours from the most popular disposable vape brands. These nicotine salt e-liquids quickly became a hit. Selling successfully both online and in major UK supermarkets and convenience stores, such as Morrisons.
Now, with disposable vapes being banned in the UK from June 1st, 2025, it was time for a refresh. That’s why we’ve introduced EDGE Liq. The same high-quality salts e-liquid you love, just with a new look and an improved selection of popular flavours.
Why Have Bar Salts E-Liquid Been Rebranded to EDGE Liq?
The UK government’s Tobacco and Vapes Bill aims to curb underage vaping, starting with the ban on disposable vapes, such as Elf Bar and Crystal Bar. Other proposed restrictions include:
- Plain packaging regulations – reducing bright colours and flashy designs.
- Stricter marketing rules – making vape products less appealing to young audiences.
We wanted to stay ahead of the curve. The new EDGE Liq branding keeps things clean, simple, and premium. Ensuring compliance, while maintaining a strong EDGE Vaping identity.
Plus, the new name "EDGE Liq" makes it even clearer—it’s short for liquid, the core of what we do!
What’s Changed with EDGE Liq 50-50 Vape Liquids?
While the formula remains the same high-quality vape liquid, we’ve made some key updates:
A Refined Flavour Selection
We carefully reviewed our previous bar salt range, keeping the best-selling flavours such as menthol. Whilst also introducing brand-new options based on market research.
New Flavours:
- Lemon & Lime: A zesty, refreshing twist on the classic flavour combination.
- Cherry Cola: A classic soda inspired vape. Traditional cola is joined by sweet, slightly tart cherries for a well balanced e-liquid.

Salt nicotine, or "nic salts," is a form of nicotine found in e-liquids that offers a smoother vaping experience compared to traditional freebase nicotine. It's created by adding Salicylate acid or other acids to freebase, which lowers the pH level. This process results in a nicotine salt that is:
